To complete the entry form successfully please have a copy of the dogs records including vaccination records and a photo.
You are required to enter the dog's reserve, information for catalogue purposes & $100 entry fee (secure credit card payment)
Please note: the form will not save - if you leave the form at any stage - you will need to restart

Vendors must not advertise their dog/s entry in the auction - this includes social media marketing/posts
until the LWDA Committee have advised vendors of a successful entry. This will not occur until AFTER the closing date.
